Project

We will adapt the project to your needs. You will also receive the documents necessary to submit a construction application or obtain a building permit from us at the very beginning of our cooperation.

Materials

Our houses are mostly made of wood and natural materials. We use proven solutions that fulfill their function in the harsh Swedish climate. We use mineral wool for insulation, thanks to which the interiors are warm, cozy, and healthy.

Solutions

Scandinavian design is, above all, about the simplicity of form and usability. What matters is as many open spaces as possible, extensive glazing, and at the same time, unique coziness. The arrangement and size of the rooms have been carefully thought out.

Technology

The construction of timber frame houses is exceptionally durable and functional thanks to natural, high-class materials. The C24 structure wood used for their production is chamber-dried. This process guarantees that it is free from fungi, insects, and moisture.

Construction

After manufacturing the house, we will visit the construction site and place it on your plot within a few days.

Choosing a contractor and starting finishing works inside the building.
