The Skandic Hus 80+ classic house with a gabled roof is an ideal choice for those looking for their first owned home! It has just over 80 m2 – which is the optimal size for single-story houses. Additionally, such a model is perfect for a small plot, yet spacious enough to comfortably accommodate a couple or a small family. The house consists of 2 bedrooms, a utility room, a bathroom, and a shared living space connected to the kitchen.

Skandic Hus 80+ modular houses feature a design and layout that have been developed with comfort and practicality in mind. Upon entering the house, you will find yourself in an entrance hall, with doors leading to 2 bedrooms, a utility room, and a bathroom. From there, you will also access the open living space with a kitchen, totaling almost 32 m2. This large space can accommodate a dining table, children’s toys, or even a small home office setup – desk, chair, storage shelf. The model has 2 bedrooms – 14 m2 and 10 m2. The second bedroom can be transformed into a guest room, children’s room, or space for your hobby.

Materials

Our homes are built primarily from wood and natural materials. We use proven solutions that perform well in the harsh Swedish climate. We use mineral wool for insulation, ensuring warm, cozy interiors with a healthy climate.

Scandinavian design is primarily about simplicity of form and functionality. It features as much open space as possible, large windows, and a sense of coziness. The layout and size of the rooms have been carefully considered.

Technology

The construction of frame houses is extremely durable and functional thanks to the use of natural, high-quality materials. C24 structural timber used in their production is kiln-dried, making it free from fungi, insects, and moisture.

Construction

After the house is manufactured, we will arrive at the construction site and assemble it on your plot within a few days. Your house will be transported to your plot and assembled by us. This way, you don’t have to worry about the most difficult part of the work. All that will be left for you is the interior finishing. This allows each object to take on an individual character and fully reflect who you are. There is a good chance that we will be able to advise you on this matter. We cooperate with great interior designers and many reliable contractors.
